Originally hailing from Oregon and later making a home in Alaska, Tim developed a strong work ethic from a young age, assisting his father with various mechanical projects. This early exposure instilled a deep understanding of tools and their proper use, laying the foundation for a successful career in the marine industry. It was fate that led Tim to the Bay over a decade ago, where he discovered his fascination with refrigeration while working on Bay boats. Recognizing the pivotal role of refrigeration in the marine sector, Tim was drawn back year after year, eventually deciding to relocate to Washington and join our team in 2022. With a commitment to excellence and a vision for expanding our support services throughout Bristol Bay, Tim is driven to ensure that every vessel in the fishing fleet receives the highest quality service and support.
