Stefan Urquhart, a cornerstone of the Integrated Marine Systems (IMS) team, has been with us since July 9, 2018. Hailing from Redmond, WA, Stefan brings a unique blend of dedication, expertise, and enthusiasm to his role as Warehouse Manager. A Philosophy of Enjoyment and InfluenceStefan's life goals are straightforward yet profound: to enjoy life as much as possible and to watch his daughter grow up, hoping to be a positive influence on her. He believes in the power of relationships, often sharing the advice he once received and now passes on to his daughter: “Friends are family, and you can never have too many friends.” Passions Beyond WorkWhen he's not ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, Stefan indulges in his hobbies. A seasoned barbecue enthusiast, he loves nothing more than grilling up a storm and savoring a glass of wine by the firepit. A passionate supporter of the Seattle Sounders, Stefan has been a season ticket holder for an impressive 16 years, cheering on his team with unwavering loyalty. Growing with IMSStefan's journey with IMS began six years ago, and in that time, he has grown immensely. He came on board as the Warehouse/Inventory Clerk and has since learned a plethora of new skills, aspiring to contribute even more in the shop and is currently working and training with our craftsmen on his welding skills. Proud MomentsOne of Stefan's proudest achievements was the year he became a father and earned his associate’s degree simultaneously. This milestone stands as a testament to his determination and ability to balance life's various demands. Stefan is a valued member of the IMS family, embodying dedication and continuous growth. We're proud to have him on our team and excited to see what he accomplishes next.
