Scott has been an integral part of Integrated Marine Systems (IMS) for nine years, contributing his expertise in Sales and Logistics. At IMS, Scott collaborates closely with customers on RSW (Refrigerated Sea Water) inquiries, guiding them through the sales and project planning stages and ensuring timely shipment of systems. Before joining IMS, Scott built a 15-year career in the electrical
construction industry, serving in a sales management role. During this time, he
honed his ability to meet customer needs, coordinate project details, and lead
his team effectively. Scott has spent most of his life in the Ballard and Edmonds areas of
Washington, growing up in a family deeply connected to the Alaskan fishery. His
early years were spent aboard his relatives' fishing boats, learning the trade,
helping with tasks like painting and cleaning, and occasionally just
"getting in the way." In fifth grade, Scott proudly missed a week of
school to assist his uncle in transporting a fishing vessel from Seattle to
Alaska, excitedly telling his teacher he was off to "learn the family
business." Today, Scott lives in Edmonds with his wife and their four children. Much
of his free time is spent in basketball gyms, watching his kids play and even
helping coach. As the family’s primary cook, Scott enjoys preparing meals like
Wild Alaskan Salmon and Norwegian Fish Soup. When not busy with basketball, the
Christopherson family cherishes camping trips to the Oregon Coast and Lake
Chelan, as well as visits to Norway to connect with relatives. A lifelong Seattle Mariners fan, Scott has endured years of
disappointment but holds on to a sliver of hope, claiming that 2025 might
finally be their year to win the World Series.
